Monday 1 st June 2020 Brenda went shopping in Nantwich with Jemima. It has been an absolute boom having Danny and Jemima with their car. It means we have not been having to do the fortnightly run into town, which neither of us enjoyed at all, and we will always be grateful. The girls came back with a lot of shopping. Danny had to meet them at the car with both of our trolleys and, once Brenda had arrived back at the boat, I went up to meet Jemima and help her back. Brenda reckons we have supplies on board to last at least two weeks. The plan, once we leave here on Thursday, is to make our way slowly into Middlewich. The bow locker was emptied and conduit cut and fitted to enclose the wiring running to the horn. The conduit has been on board for over a year and it was one of those jobs that I had never got around to but finished up being simple in the end.
