Sunday 24th March
2019
We had a real quiet day today. I worked on our itinerary for the next
few weeks to arrange having the kids, Aaron and Sarah visiting in Stratford and
Phil and Michelle visiting in May. Everything works in nicely despite having
been at Fradley for so long.
Dinner was prepared with a nice piece of brisket simmering on the
stove. We then went for a walk and called into the Swan again, the last time
before we leave.
What does it mean?
We returned to the boat and sat in the front cratch watching the world
go by. Fradley is a mecca for people milling about watching boats, the café opposite
and the pub are constantly busy and it is a great place for motorbikes and
classic cars meeting up. So many to see and view over the day, a marvellous place
for any petrol heads.
Weather: a sunny day but deceptively cold.
